OUR STORY.
In 2017, Armaan Somani and Ebun Akomolafe started SpeechDojo in Edmonton with the aim of teaching speech and debate to underprivileged communities. Since then, it has grown into a national non-profit organization that has taught thousands of students everything from giving a killer presentation to acing the job search...
...and it's entirely student-led.
What We Do.
We offer free, tailorized public speaking education for targeted towards students in elementary and high school.
Our Classroom program pairs teachers with our experienced coaches to bring public speaking to classrooms around the world.
Our Online program allows learners to learn at their own pace by enrolling in one of three expert courses: Fundamentals of Public Speaking, Presentation Savvy, or Acing the Job Search.
